POLICY FOR RETURNS

  • Within 5 days of receiving your order, you can make a return request. You will have to bear the cost and responsibility of returning the item to our facility, with a shipping receipt provided to our Customer Service Team.
  • The item must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. To make the process easier, you can contact our WhatsApp Helpline or Message us on Instagram to get a return form.
  • We will process your refund or exchange request within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Unfortunately, due to logistics policies, refunds cannot be paid in cash. Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is an issue from our end such as a manufacturing fault.
